The baby tutu romper is an easy pull-on style onesie/dress for babies that has snaps at the crotch for nappy changes, and buttons down the back neck.
It has an adorable double tulle ruffle at the waist. The tulle has a touch of sparkle. The bodice is shirred at both front and back.
The fabric is soft cotton rib in a dusty pink colour.
